Getting married isn't really fashionable here in Slovenia. I assume because our law recognises "common law marriage" (marriage by habit and repute) as legally equivalent to a formal marriage in almost all matters, and prenuptial contracts were illegal until very recently, so couples don't really have an incentive to formalise their union. That considered, the 60% out of wedlock childbirth rate one can find for Slovenia, that holier-than-thou trads on the internet love to deride so much, isn't driven by single mothers or such but by couples who can't be arsed to arrange a marriage. Quite opposite from America with its tradition of a constant stream of marriages and divorces.
Additional info: my parents never married; they've been together for over 30 years now

Peak fertility for women seems to be 25-30 (fecundity starts falling after that, and pelvis is also morphologically best suited for childbirth during that timeframe) so personally I'd say marriage (or at least matchmaking) should be finished by a bit earlier than that? Perhaps ~22 if I had to pinpoint it.

funny that you mention this, since "wect tire late" is not a recent phenomenon like some believe it to be, at all. 1970s was the time when people married at youngest age... pretty much globally.
However I'd note that as with many things, the average being worse than the ideal is normal.
I believe there were studies that showed that in wect, the average ideal number of children was about 2.7, 3... something that no wectern country reaches (except Israel if you count them as wectern, and even there decent part of that is driven by the rapidly growing r-selected Haredim.
