In terms of problems, my main issues are getting out of bed, forgetting to follow my schedule and troubles falling asleep. I'll elaborate more on the second point:
My life is currently that I work from home with zero outside factors except a deadline for work every couple of weeks, so I'm completely free in planning my day. I write a physical to do list on a paper and when I follow it, there are no problems. But sometimes I have trouble getting out of bed and actually starting the list. Then the major problem is that sometimes I'll get sucked into reading wikipedia articles, imageboards or something like that and then my schedule gets fucked up. I only manage to do the most basic things and it's all no bueno.
