Cool water is pumped through the blanket. The water is cooled by a fan that possibly evaporates a part of the water or maybe it just blows over some metal fins with the water inside. I'm not quite sure. The reviews said that it works well but tends to break easily. But I figure as long as the mat doesn't leak I might be able to replace the rest with better parts.

You are supposed to lie on the blanket.
It's impossible to be electrocuted since no power goes into the blanket. If anything leaks it will be most likely the cooling unit and I will probably put something under it until I trust it enough.
A likely case is that it does not cool enough, the blanket will be uncomfortable to lie on, and then it will break after a couple of weeks.
But it is a necessary step to take before I invest in a proper AC.

No, but in the past the cemiteries were the parks, the first parks were cemiteries full of trees, lakes and mausoleums were people went to drink, chat and spend time.
But cemitiees used to be different:

i've noticed sheep firmly believe that genes are responsible for the things they don't like about themselves. i guess this explanation is irresistible to the order-follower. maybe the covid-nurse told them genes are safe and effective and that's why they believe in them so hard.

Zacahuil ranges from 80 cm to 1.60, though there is rumors of people in the sierra madre digging holes on the mountain to cook 2 mt long zacahuiles I have been unable to verify.
