Holy vitamin D aside, summer is a very depressing time for those who suffer from loneliness. I just went out shopping to buy food and I saw tons and tons of happy people on the terraces having drinks, couples strolling naively and loving each other with pure love. And there was me, alone and contemplative in front of this mass of happy people that I envy.

There is the red army choir version but its impossible for me to hear the lyrics correctly there. The other Russian version on YT I could find is sung by a filippino who probably has an accent so learning from him would make my pronunciation even worse.

I was sames until I started to keep a dream diary, the very few times I dreamed I'd instantly write down what I saw and it helped me to remember my dreams more often.
Also, getting enough sleep helps - I see the most dreams in right before awakening in this weird state of almost being awake.
