Yes. The map is ugly, most non-empire human factions are cheap and ridiculous ideas (Tilea, Araby, Cathay... everything is just a cheap copy) the geography doesn't make a lot of sense and is ugly... But I think the most problematic thing is that it doesn't allow the factions to clash very often or just in very limited ways. Lizardmen are far away, basically fighting nobody except dark elves, Wood Elves are between the Empire and Bretonnia, who else would show up there, Chaos always comes from Russia and fights against Kislev and the Empire...

Replacing sugar and fat heavy industrial products with natural food is a good way. I for example left all the sugar heavy lemonades/sodas and I mostly drink water or coconut water now. I of course am not some hardcore dietarist, I enjoy occasional lemonades and treats. Just trying to keep them out of my daily consumption.
Not saying it is easy, it can actually be quite difficult when your brain is wired to look for these sources since caveman times, but one can slowly try replace the worst "offenders" in ones diet, it becomes easier the longer you are doing it
That doesn’t sound like healthy eating tbh. Boring and probably not enough nutrition. It leaves you hungry and that craving for junk food is probably justified, just to get enough calories. You work manual labour, right?
When it comes to junk food, you seem to enjoy a wide variety. Maybe just take note of the things you eat for a while, how much and what nutritional value, and then just don’t buy the worst one anymore. That is maybe a good start.
I think I pull in enough nutritional value since I can only eat a small range of foods without irritating my bowels with fibre. Kinda sucks and as I do miss porridge, it's my own fault for being a dunce.
I think I'm craving junk food just to satisfy myself because I'm stressed and very horny. I usually binge eat rubbish when I'm stressed.

In 2009 I heard about KC on the radio and checked it out. I was only 14 and dared only to lurk. One of the first memes that made an impression on me was pic rel. It is an old Nazi propaganda postcard or something. The original says "front city frankfurt still stands". Someone shopped it about to make it say the same about Kundus in Afghanistan. For almost half my life the German army held that city. Now it has finally fallen to the Taliban.
Truly a historic moment, at least for me personally.

If so, how do you win an insurgency type of war? After the initial destruction of a weaker country's armed forces you'd need to occupy the land, otherwise the early victories would be for naught. Yet when you do that, you turn to defending instead of attacking, thus giving momentum to an insurgency.
Is the only feasible strategy to rely on local infighting / creating loyalists out of locals, while your armed forces would only strike from afar? Worked with Yugoslavia.
