I finished my semester. I'm on vacation except I have no friends. I see my classmates' stories at parties and travellign with their gf while I'm alone in my bed staring at the ceiling. I feel empty. I am neither interesting nor beautiful.

Maybe it's just me, but I absolutely wouldn't care. In fact most other people just annoy me and I'm pissed I can't do things at my own pace and go where I want to go and when I want to go and stuff. Maybe your number one priority is socializing rather than traveling for the sake of exploration/relaxation or whatever
That feel when benzos + alcohol.
It's been such a long time since I've had some alcohol. Just two cans of relatively high-alcohol-content beer plus 20mg valium (diazepam) have completely chilled me out. My jaw is unclenched for the first time in months. No more headache, no more voices in my head.
I'll sleep well tonight - finally.

I don't really want to start working out, I just wanted to see if I can still do 10 pushups. But thanks maybe I will start doing 10 pushups every 3 days now, however what I actually could need is exercises for the lower back since I have started suffering some minor pains there lately. What's good here? Something like planks? I mean like the lower third of the back
if it is first time in awhile the soreness is DOMS. it won't continue on the same cycle after a few cycles
i had this issue, i just spent more time standing and walking and other simple activities and i strengthened over time. you should be able to improve more with actual exercises, they dont have to be intense
