It's just the promise they keep dangling like a carrot infront of your face to keep you going, but in the end things simply don't get better. It's just an illusion.
Things get better for other people, just not for us.
Other people seem to have it all in comparison, small things that I also want in my life just cannot seem to exist. It sometimes really feels like some people suffer in vain for years and then die. I really don't see the purpose behind life for these types of people.
I keep thinking to myself situations that I could find myself in, that would make me happy, but later on I realize that these scenarios, even if they happened to me, would not make me a very much happier person than I am today.
Stuff like having a career, disposable income, it is an addition to an already existing happiness.
I have come up with a theory that explains incel behaviour. I came up with the theory after landing a data entry job at a hospital where most of my coworkers were females. Actually, I was actually the only man there, with my coworkers being female nurses and doctors. Because of this, I had a degree of separation from the other workers.
I started to notice that females have a certain behaviour that become apparent when they are in all female environment. Females have a tendency of coming up with things to be insecure about. They are insecure about the weirdest things, like hip dips, noses, ears etc. Incels have the same. When they are closed to their all male internet groups they start to become obsessed about things to be insecure about (jaw, wrists, mouthbreathing etc.). I can't deny that in some cases that isn't warranted but after hearing a beautiful female being insecure about her not having big enough nails for any male, I could not help but laugh in my mind about the idea, especially when she had such nice ass, I never even paid attention to her nails.
Women also spend most of their time talking about sex and social relationships in the workplace and outside the workplace. Incels too share this trait with females, as incels are obsessed about looksmatching or other things that tell you with who and how you can interract with. I don't even have to tell you how obsessed about sex incels are.
Extremes of emotions is a one trait I saw mirrored both in incels. Women get angry fucking fast and the emotions were really extreme every time. They had huge fights with each other all the time, and in a couple cases things got violent. I can't say for sure, but I think incels are too afflicted with the same emotional extremes.
After all my observations and a lot of careful thinking, I came to a conclusion that incels have innate female behavioral traits in them. I can't really say why this is the case, the reasons must be many like proestrogen, single moms raising them and such. Anyway, after a half a year of working in the data entry, I became sure about incels just being bitchy women in disguise. Of course there are subtle differences in both, but the large parts I see female behaviour in them.

Most people seem to accuse me of sampling bias and it is true. I have only worked in one place with extremely skewed male/female ratio, but not a single bernd has been able to give us a personal account of working in a all-female envieroment.
And sadly, I have no acces to better data and I'm sorry for this. I guess we could datamine some female and male only forums but I highly doubt the data would be clean. What kind of a methods would you recommend for us to approach this. The dirty germ tried to tell us about chemicals but collecting blood samples is beyond my reach.
I think that there is a crucial difference between an incel thinking these things and being subjected to insecurities about how they may present themselves and women who end up thinking these things.
In my opinion, incels are more prone to insecurities based off of real experiences they might have in their lives, feelings of unfulfillment and trying to rationalize exactly why they are incels, and with that way of thinking, they display tendencies of becoming insecure about a variety of different things, these thoughts take place after incels are sheltered for a long time with idle minds and they want a reason as to why they are incels. Meanwhile, these women you were referring to, were perfectly normal women with no real reasons to be insecure about many different things. Such as the example you mentioned, with the nails, it holds no real meaning but they still think these thoughts even as perfectly normal individuals with no real reasons to be insecure about these things. For them, it's a form of bonding experience in which they display insecurities to others and expect a response in which another person is able to identify themselves with these feelings of not being good enough, and they do this despite having perfectly normal lives with no real reason to be insecure.
On one end, you have people who live lives that aren't optimal, and based off of that, they find reasons as to why they live the lives that they do, which they do not consider to be very good. On the other end, you have women that have lives which can be considered worthy by just about anyone, but express insecurities as a means of either bonding with other women who are also insecure, or as a way of passing their time in a way that emphasizes some emotional qualities that females are more likely to show.
For a man to display insecurities and emotions, it is something uncommon, so if you are an unsuccessful male, then you feel like you have less reasons to live up to the reputation of being a man, as many do.
I'm not sure if it makes sense, but at least that's the way I see it.
I'd also like to point out that there are many incels who have been emotionally neglected by not only their peers, but even their own families. I would argue that due to this emotional neglect, they end up being more emotionally volatile than a normal person would have been, stuff like socializing and girlfriends are things that contribute to a state of mind which could be said to be stable, and neglect in many different forms means that they spend more time and effort among individuals such as other incels, to try and identify with a group that is open, they spill their emotions onto other people who they feel like are similar to them. So, with that said, I would like to point out that trying to rationalize the mind of a person through interaction of something like imageboards alone, is simplifying it a bit too much. Many incels have the desire to fit in, so they spend a period of time analyzing an imageboard, trying to shape themselves into something that is already present, and then interact based on that. There's the incel that talks to people on imageboards, the incel that is like many other incels, and then there's the incel outside of imageboards, which can be an entirely different person from the imageboard incel. We'd need to know an incel in his entirety rather than trying to make sense of imageboard incel, that is the only way to actually be able to properly rationalize incels.
Summing up a long post in a shorter format; Some people experience insecurities and become more emotional due to logical things that are related to the realities that they live, others see it as a way of socializing in a way that can be said to bring themselves closer to eachother, it's a common ground that can be found among many women, if not all.
And neglect can make a person become more emotional in the outlet they find themselves in, as a way of coping with lives that may not be very filled with different emotions rather than just negative ones.
Which is also why I think that trying to build a theory based off of what people post on imageboards, can misrepresent the people themselves.

Sleep fully clothed and never be without your dressing gown. Ideally you should be wearing a shirt, woollen jumper and dressing gown, maybe with a coat on. Remember thick socks too as your feet will be first to go numb. Candles imo won’t help but if you fill a basin with hot water that will also be good for your feet. Watch out for mould around the windows and in the soil of houseplants if you have them
