When will you accept that animals are divine beings that watch over us and our world? Reincarnated gods.

I remember during the 2018 solar eclipse i went to one of my favorite hiking trails and you could hear and see all the animals panicking from this sudden strange shift from sunlight to darkness. There was a squirrel near me that just stopped moving and stared at me almost as if he was trying to say "holy shit, is the world ending?"
idk, if animals were gods then i think they would know better than to freak out over a brief temporary change to the day/night cycle

This is so sad on so many levels. If you unironically believe this, why don't you kill yourself then? What is the point of your life, if there's no divine spirit in nature and matter?

That's the beauty of pointlessness.
You can chose the meaning of your life yourself and don't have it dictated to you by whatever you think your divine beings want you to do. I can kill myself and it is perfectly fine. But I might just as well keep on living, do whatever I want, strive for dopamine hits, or spend every day of the rest of my life on casey for 24h and it is perfectly fine as well. While you are constrained by your divinity I am truly free.

Pointlessness and "meaning of your life" contradict each other. Either you follow a nihilistic way and say that there is no point to life and that we should embrace that or you argue there is a purpose for every human that has to be found by themselves. I don't know where you get the idea that any divine being dictates to humans. Pantheism isn't monotheism, it's different. There is a difference between believing in a single creator than believing in the multitude of divinity in nature and the universe. I also wonder why you think that divinity contradicts the freedom of people to find a meaning and purpose. A world functions according to highest principles, like beauty for example. Every human strives with his senses to such things. As diverse as the world is we live in, as diverse are the purposes a human could find in his life. Your life must be empty believing in strict materialism, because there is no purpose in such a world.

>Either you follow a nihilistic way and say that there is no point to life and that we should embrace that or you argue there is a purpose for every human that has to be found by themselves.
You have a very strict definition of purpose and try to use your own definition to proof your worldview. It's like a catholic speaking of faith and saying that everyone who believes in something is proofs for the existence of his god.
>I also wonder why you think that divinity contradicts the freedom of people to find a meaning and purpose.
You rarely post anything besides some meaningless blabber about divinity Which makes it hard to argue against because it is so devoid of any meaning.
>A world functions according to highest principles
I don't know what this is supposed to mean.

This is the consecuence of the Christian morality for thousand of years. The belief in a god creator who hates his own creation , gives a free will delusion, and followers take nature as something unimportant.
The meaning of life is worshipping the tyrannical god and strive for Christian heaven (hivemind non human npc lover beings). Or becoming like angels (disgusting amorphous beings).
There's no free will for humans in reality which includes nature. And of course no free will in a civilization. What matters to most is freedom where you are okay doing things. Some people have more freedom than others despite the latter could have not master.

And when someone says free will is a fallacy, they see u as crazy individual.
Free Will is kinda rebellious in fact. I want to do what I want and do not follow the rules or be dependent of anything in reality. By believing in free will u just made your own prison: Do you want liberation of your poor Soul? That's death. Or achieve nirvana (boring void) or God kingdom (end of life itself when his alien kingdom comes as Nietzsche said)
consider this, asshole

It is better recognizing free will as stupid and immoral. Obsession of free will ends up seeing the body and the world as a Shell like cabalists (or a prison, evil cycle of life and death, only suffering, cancer or ruled by demons). So it is okay to destroy or abolish everything for those people as something understable. If I choose I religion I prefer something that sees pagan warriors defending his people, nature and reality itself as good. Authority and hierarchy is necessary for this, which free will lovers will hate.

Looking at the war in Ukraine or the Bahnhofsviertel in Frankfurt i doubt that we are humans.
We are animals with a mutation that allows us to modulate our voice so we can communicate and share ideas. Being a human takes much more but we probably extinguish our self before reaching this stage of evolution.

All dis threada is about beliefs, none of them has any real world implications. It's purely about how you want to live your own life.
For me, believing in free will grants me some motivation to make my life and the world around me better which I otherwise would lose.
