that is what it's called and while it may be a crime depending on country (it's not in the US (except california, state law not federal), for instance ), it's not considered rape, as the act of rape is "non consensual sex". There was a case a while ago here about some guy lying about who he was to impress a girl and they had sex, only for her to figure out he wasn't who he said, and her reasoning was basically "the sex was consensual on the basis that I believed him to be X" (X is a movie star or something, idk). Anyway, it was boiled down to "sex was consensual" and he wasn't charged with rape.
rape != sexual assault, they are different categories of offenses, even if they're seen by the layman as similar in nature.
