What is the conditions of loosing this war? If Russia would be forced to retreat to territories pre-2014 - then i would say that we lost this war. If we lose Crimea and the bridge - then its a loss.
This doesn't seem to be happening and there are no conditions for this to happen. Ukraine doesn't have battle capable troops to perform effective offensive operations. A lot of troops that had war expirience, a lot of special operation troops, veterans - a lot of them have been DED in Donetsk operations. Right now Ukraine army is being filled by zoomers, doomers, janitors in their 30s, old fucks. These people have very low motivation, they have been trained for month or so. They are not capable of being strong army backbone. They don't have the traditions or expirience. They can only occupy trenches like NPC, waiting to get shelled. They don't have initiative, leadership, respect for Ukraine. They just want to go home, and htey surrender en masse when Russian troops start talking to them from the distance.

No, we have already started preparing refferendums in DNR, LNR, Kherson, Zaporozhie oblast. Refferendum about joining Russia. Meaning these territories will become Russian clay in everything official Russian documents, they will get funding from our budget, we will start building bases there, moving people there, Russian TV and Radio will be there, Russian rouble will be official currency on these territories and Russian language will be taught in schools.

We will be making maps in books and official documents showing these territories as Russian. Here how it will look like.

This simply isn't the case.

You are describing the Russian army.

Ukraine has no manpower shortage. They have highly motivated soldiers and recruits that receive advanced and basic training in NATO countries inlcuding Germany and the UK right now. Ukraine is receiving Western munitions and money on a steady basis, their equipment is being reparied in Czechia and Slovakia and their wounded are being treated in European hospitals.

Meanwhile Russia's artillery is so worn out it can't fire accurately anymore, grandpas are being sent as volunteers and Buryats are starting to rebell because they realise they're being used as cannon fodder.
It's not the thing you want to hear or would hear on Russian channels, but it is the truth.

This war has only one outcome: Ukrainian victory. All Russia can do is decide how bloody it will be.

Russians are already finding it difficult to find enough collaborators and they're frequently assassinated by Ukrainian partisans. Ukrainians will simply throw out all the roosters.

I appreciate the honesty. We've gone from
1) There is no invasion plan, just military exercise.
2) There is no invasion, just precision strikes on military targets.
3) There is invasion, but only to stop genocide.

4) We're going to genocide, annex and repopulate the Ukraine.

this is just like with China, you find some microscopic problem and you present this little thing on the big screen, trying to pretend it has some grand-strategic significance and proves some over-arching theory or something
but in reality its just like that - microscopic local cases that don't mean anything. Ukraine probably paid some trouble-makers to burn some things so that the media could write about this.

4 larpers with AK in some steppe video with music. So? Don't even know where it is, maybe not even Ukraine. Why some 4 idiots with AK matter in the grand scheme of things?

"microscopic cases" do have significance when they're a pattern that keeps recurring all over. they're the indicator of reality on the ground.

You know what that means? That there are people in Russia who are willing to do so.
All you totalitarian simps keep forgetting the importance of personal agency. You think foreign actors can just show up and make things happen as they will, because apparently regular people lack any and will do anything if instructed so.
But, if public opinion on the poccnr is so good, then how is it so easy to find dissidents to do such shit? (And so hard to find volunteers that you have to resort to prisons? https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2022/07/05/russian-prisons-corporations-recruit-ukraine-volunteers-reports-a78206)

1) Russia is certainly lying the most. Ukrainian media is putting out some propaganda, but they're not in full conflict with reality.
2) In an active warzone, very few independent sources will be found.

With that in mind, I recommend taking a look at
https://liveuamap.com/
https://www.understandingwar.org/
to see what is happening on the battlefield.

As for what is going on anywhere else regarding this conflict, just keep your eyes open and look at a wide variety of media sources and articles.

Reality on the ground is this - Kherson oblast. Russian car with Z and Russian coat of arms on it, Russian cop. This is reality on the ground that matters. This is control and legitimacy. And you find some petty crimes and use them to masturbate on some conspiracy that makes you feel good.
GermanyBernd2022-07-22 14:16:46 · 4yNo. 201461reply
Reality on the ground was at some point Wehrmacht soldiers occupying all of Belarus and Ukraine. What happened with them? Why is nobody there speaking German now?
RussiaBernd2022-07-22 14:23:45 · 4yNo. 201463reply
Then why in that video they showed only 4 larpers? You know what would be impressive? Showing all of them in one place.

Right now there Russia is creating a lot of Volunteers Batallions. Every region of Russia is doing it and Russia has 85 regions. Every region can in theory create up to 2 batallions, with 500 volunteers each. That would be force of 85000 soldiers.
Here is the photo of some of the volunteers. One of them is from my home region. This is the force that matters. Not some 4 larpers who used to play airsoft and now staged some video probably somewhere in Poland.
