>This doesn't seem to be happening and there are no conditions for this to happen. Ukraine doesn't have battle capable troops to perform effective offensive operations. A lot of troops that had war expirience, a lot of special operation troops, veterans - a lot of them have been DED in Donetsk operations.
This simply isn't the case.
>Right now Ukraine army is being filled by zoomers, doomers, janitors in their 30s, old fucks. These people have very low motivation, they have been trained for month or so. They are not capable of being strong army backbone. They don't have the traditions or expirience. They can only occupy trenches like NPC, waiting to get shelled. They don't have initiative, leadership, respect for Ukraine. They just want to go home, and htey surrender en masse when Russian troops start talking to them from the distance.
You are describing the Russian army.
Ukraine has no manpower shortage. They have highly motivated soldiers and recruits that receive advanced and basic training in NATO countries inlcuding Germany and the UK right now. Ukraine is receiving Western munitions and money on a steady basis, their equipment is being reparied in Czechia and Slovakia and their wounded are being treated in European hospitals.
Meanwhile Russia's artillery is so worn out it can't fire accurately anymore, grandpas are being sent as volunteers and Buryats are starting to rebell because they realise they're being used as cannon fodder.
It's not the thing you want to hear or would hear on Russian channels, but it is the truth.
This war has only one outcome: Ukrainian victory. All Russia can do is decide how bloody it will be.
