I just figure say hi sue to some random chance bringing us into proximity and then being friendly and cordial and offering her a drink etc and just talking then going our separate ways maybe with an exchange of contact info if the platonic exchange was beneficial to the other party.
That’s about the only situation I could think of. I’m not one to just go up to girls and I don’t subscribe to PUA theory. I don’t think you should tell someone they are hot or beautiful from the get go as it then places you into a corner.
