That's the thing, though, these genres are definitely leaning more towards white people but they aren't popular for it. For it to be defined as white music wouldn't work out, it's just music and not white music. Unlike black music where it is very common for certain sounds to be categorized as black music without issues, the same thing cannot be done for white music because it would be considered bigoted. White music is just music, black music is black music. Again, I don't like setting certain sounds apart from eachother because to me it all falls under the category of music, but as soon as it comes to black music we need to educate ourselves in what black music is because it supposedly is completely separate from what one would consider to be just music. White music isn't defined as white music by the people who listen to them, unlike black music where they take pride in it being set apart from just regular music, even though it's wrong.
