Eggs (8 a day) - 8 euros per 3 days, 2.6 euros - 50g of good protein
Caloric pizza (700 calories) - 1.5 euro
So that's seven euros. Like, if I buy anything more, I easily reach 10 euros. 10*30 = 300 euros per month. I'm poor. I will buy 1L of yogurt instead of 1L of kefir, that's like 1 euro instead of 2.
