It's Moscow so if you just sell that appartment you can still buy few villages next to Voronezh, with people and cattle. Fixing lights, changing doors and floors costs literally nothing comparing to the price of land there (while winebottles and tape player are kinda retro, you can make this stylish and sell it even better).

Full story: walked in an apartment to see and test a tape player from 1998. It turned out to be a 3-bedroom+kitchen apartment from 1950's for special people (not a khrushyovka, a spacy 9-storey experimental building with 2 apts/floor)
So, the girl was selling all the inherited crap: the tape player (still in a box!), some old technical books, useless stuff was just laying on the floor...

I remember as a kid growing up, there was a couple of BLACK families that moved to my city (majority hispanic).
