Roman architecture was wack!
I'm reading about the temple of Fortuna primigenia, and it is amazing the way that Romans built on purpose a very steep series of stairs that led to a panoramic, focused, view of the temple for whoever is going up. It seems to me that all catholic sanctuary architecture is just an extension of this ancient Roman "view enginnerring".
In the same way the Romans "invented "concrete and used it in a very inventive way, a knowledge that was lost by the middle ages. They played with concrete, building in unusual shapes like domes, vaults and more.
What is Bernd opinion about Roman architecture? Favourite building?
I just melted a pink viscose shirt I have, while trying to "iron" it with a steamer that I bought from Amazon Germany.

First one is cool but it seems kinda short, not talking about the size more about how it was sewn. Second one is really nice.
There’s something with the colours of the third one that does not convence me, reminds me of the circus or the bowling alley. The other 2 are great.

Today I had my lunch interrupted by some schizo who reeked of weed. First he was like "hey brother, do you have the time?" I told him the time and he asked if he could sit for a second. Before I could answer, he sat down at my table and started rambling on about a bunch of shit. Mainly about his plans to get government funding for some crazy idea he had scribbled in his notebook.
Then he told me he could stare at the sun with no damage to his eyes because of Jesus or something. I barely remember what else he said but eventually I pretended someone was calling me so I could walk away. He shouted as I was leaving "it's alright, I'll still pray for you brother"
This is not an uncommon occurrence for me. I think it's because I'm too timid and Bernd to just tell them to fuck off outright.

What types of trash cans do you own?
You would assume that there were tons of interesting types of trash cans since basically everyone has to own a couple but it seems like they mostly look the same and not very visually appealing. Some times ridiculously expensive.
I only have those cheap wire mesh ones that I bought at Lidl or Aldi but I would like to have some nice ones.

How to start a conversation with an extremely attractive supermarket cashier, Bernd?
I wouldn't say that I love her, but I see several times a week already for months and I often think of her. Last week when I was walking in the supermarket, I felt someone looking at me, I noticed it was her, and then I saw her talking something with a smile on her face to another cashier. Then when I went to pay my products, on purpose I went to another cashier and I felt this girl looking at me again.
Today I went there, I went to pay my products with her and she, as is his style, was very dry, no greeting, and I was so shy I couldn't even look her in the face, although I notice that she is very tanned from going to the beach.
