I'm not that confident in my taste in music anyway and this year I have a phase where I exclusively listen to german folk music with bagpipes. It made me feel like the outcast pleb of the playlist and I don't want to be that guy that prevents you from writing your real name in spotify. I hope that you and the other Bernd get happy together.

Defecating might be the most disgusting and cringy thing our bodies do
Unlike some other species feces like guinea pigs/hamster, wich are single shaped and not so smelly, human feces comes in different shapes, and has a disgusting smell (plus the might have different colors depending on what you eat)
Compared to peeing, it takes around 5 to 10 minutes to expell your feces (plus cleaning, wich also generates an spent on toilet papper), while peeing only takes seconds and all you need is your benis/clitt
Also, pee can be treated easily with a few chemicals, poop need special treament plants wich are expensive and hard to build, this is why most coast cities preffer to throw the shit to the sea wich also pollutes the enviroment, just imagine that you might be swimming/drinking on water that had shit floating on it a few days ago
So, do you have any solutions to this problem? In my opinion material food should be replaced with liquids/pills wich contains all the nutrients our bodies need

if that was true you would be left with just 1 liter of blood. that's not enough to get it to flow everywhere. you can't lump the blood and the lymph together. blood has it's own pump, the heart which ensure it is always flowing. the blood has to stay reliably perfect, it has to stay in a certain ph range or it ceases to deliver nutrients to all the cells. if it doesn't then the blood leeches out calcium out of the bones to ensure proper ph value, which weakens the bone. ironocally milk drinkers believe they are doing their bones a favor because there is calcium in the cow's milk they buy but in order to protect the blood of the ph-damge the milk would cause, the blood protects itself with calcium, leaving the milk drinker with bones that get weaker and more brittle with every glass of milk they drink.
lymph is different. it only moves when muscles are active because they use the muscles to pump. it doesn't have a dedicated pump that means if you are lazy for a week then your lymph has been sitting unmoved in your body for a week and started to rot and causes all kinds of problems while your blood has been circulating thanks to the heart. the lymph also can't leech calcium out of the bones so whatever level of acidity it is dealt ph-wise, it has to make due.
lymph not moving is dangerous, yet people still believe physical activity is optional. some fatties have fat fingers and they seem to agree with the common propaganda that this is "fat that the body has stored for days in which there isn't much food."
i think this is what they believe: their body can manage the amount of food they stuff down their throat without system failure and then carefully extract the energy and store it. they are blind to the fact that their lymphatic system is failing and literally does not know where to put all the metabolic waste so it just stays in place without being transported off. they lymph system which is meant to be in constant flow around the body to collect all the waste simply stopped flowing. meanwhile their fingers get fat and even their face and they think this is the body successfully storing energy. and then they get lied to by genocidal propaganda that their body was meant to be this way.

the lymphatic system does not have its own pump and has a one-way flow from lymph capillaries, and emptying into the subclavian veins. it "appears from nothing" because it is circulated in the same arterial system but seeps out of the blood capillaries through the tissue.

circulation might not be the best way to describe what i was trying to say. you get hung up whether it is an actual circular system, what i was trying to express is that the blood reaches everywhere, to all the cells and all those cells that were successfully reached by the blood have their waste products transported away by the lymph system. blood reaches everywhere, lymph reaches everywhere.
when i say either those systems circulates i meant they reach everywhere. when the lymph suddenly stops flowing and stays in place and the cellpoop can not be transported off and peed out, then it doesn't circulate anymore.
the important thing about the lymph is whether it flows or not. if you don't exert yourself physically and eat wrong then the waste stays where it is.
i wonder what happened there. clearly the puffy fingers indicate that lymphatic flow has stopped in his hands. who knows in what abysmal shape the rest of his body is. he might never uses the hands for anything. no typing on the computer, no washing dishes, no carrying groceries, no preparing food, no opening doors. lol these hands might be so unused, it begs the question why he even has them. maybe for golfing.
