The problem I face is that picrel 1 does not fit into picrel 2 but a cpu water cooler perfectly does.
I am going for a no compromise power machine so sub optimal air cooling (due to a small case) just won't do the job.
Asus ROG STRIX X670E-I (what an AMAZING board) and ryzen 9900X are already on their way btw :3
My future GPU will also be a lot smaller with a water block attached, but for now my old 1080 will have to do the job. I am hoping for AMDs RDNA5 gen to be good, or if I can't wait maybe a radeon 8000..
>At the end I still had to add 120mm fans to my case to have some air flow in there to transport away the heat from all the other element.
Thanks for the tip. I am planning to add a few small fans into my case too to provide at least some air dlow for the other components.
I do a variety of things on the PC like video editing, 3D modeling, AI inference, programming or even gaming sometimes so I need the power. If I did not need this, I'd get a laptop instead.
Also, I just had this idea of adding a switch to invert the rotation of the radiator fans in the top lid for an optional vent for sweaty Bernd during hot days olol r8
