I was working in home office today and was preparing some mushrooms while "working" (had nothing to do). But right at that moment I got called by some colleague, the call lasted ten minutes or so. My mushrooms nearly burned!
would you like to try cooking shrooms on low heat so you decrease the chance to burn them down? don't walk away from the cooker next time, monitor if they're cooked enough and stir periodically
Windows can detect whether mouse movement is made by a script or with hardware. You can try putting your mouse sensor on an analogue watch where the second arm is moving all the time.
What I did was get a cheap analog alarm clock, removed the glass, glued a barcode to the seconds arm and when I place the mouse just right on top of it, the cursor moves a miniscule amount every second
Software mouse jigglers are a big no-no. And you should not be installing any unauthorized software on your work machine anyway
We use microsoft teams which shows you as „away“ when you are not doing anything on the computer for 5 minutes or so. Potentially managers could use this to monitor you.
Lmao. First thing I did when my company went into lockdown was making a python script that starts moving my mouse randomly from ~7AM so I'd be shown as online.
