doing 3 rounds again, perfect start in the day. i'll be showering warm afterwards but for the last 30 seconds i turn the water to coldest.
Round 1, was more like 40 breaths because i messed up starting the timer. feeling a pleasant tingeling: 2min15sec
started to listen to music during the the empty lung phase because i heard these videos so often already.
Round 2, now back to just 30 breaths. doing full nervous system connection during the empty lung phase 😌😌: 2min 11sec
30 breaths istn't enough for me, i have to do the pro video with the 40 breaths.
Round 3 doing 40 breaths. feeling tingeling in the face, head and lips. feelin the top part of my head being all tingely and pleasant, listening to de la soul: 2min43sec 😌
now that's sum breath training. ears ringing a bit. all systems online. now for some quick muscle pumps and a few pull ups. i have to do pull ups more because my legs are so strong from skating and my arms aren't. i could only do one pull up a short while ago, now i can do 6 in a row.
Cold Shower afterwards: i only did like 15 seconds of cold water but that was already enough to stimulate something. i'm way more awake now then i would have been. it was foolish to ever stop doing the cold showering at the end of the regular shower, especially during summer when it is so easy.
i try to keep the habit up.
