Why do they seem way more based than those that went to Germany I read about recently?
'Ukrainian students complain about war-weary Germans'
He also senses a change of mood among Germans, a "war fatigue" and a shift in reporting priorities - away from Russian war crimes and toward utility bills, inflation and increased food prices.
"These are all important issues that I, too, suffer from quite personally on my modest salary," Poliluev-Schmidt emphasizes, "but sometimes the wrong impression is created that we Ukrainians are responsible for this situation rather than, say, the Russian aggressor or Germany's decades-long energy dependence on Moscow." Against that, he says, much more education needs to be done. Plitkova just snorts disdainfully when it comes to the subject. "War fatigue?" she asks rhetorically. "It's a luxury to be war-weary in a still safe country like Germany, while in Ukraine bombs fall every day, people die, and survivors are tortured and raped."

I really dislike their entitlement. Shocking, that Germans currently might have other problems than caring for Ukraine.
Like dealing with rising prices, being able to still pay bills, rent etc.

To me it seems like a luxury to flee the country (with which I actually don't have an issue), getting hosted, money and the opportunity to study in Germany for free and still complain about...what exactly? Ukraine not being the Nr. 1 topic in the news? Germans not leaving their life and the high bills behind and fight for Ukraine?
Still, why not stay there and shoot cannons? Are you war-weary or what's wrong? *snorts disdainfully*
