It's hard to say per print since actual production is cheap and 1l of ink lasts for thousands of printenings but you need "infrastructure" so initial cost :
CORE:
-screens 10-30$ each, depends on size, best are the aluminium ones since they are sturdy and light.
-light sensitive emulsion for the screen developement - 10-15$
-aluminium gutters to apply the emulsion on the screen - 5$
-emulsion remover (to clean screens) - a couple of bucks for water soluble powder that lasts for ages
PRINTING:
-Inks, (vary depending on color) 1l of ink is 8-25$
-metal hinges (to attach screen to a table) - around 10-15$
-squeegee (to press the ink through the screen) - vary depending on size 2-11$
-brown scotch to protecte the edges of the screen
Additional:
-karcher (u can use ones on gas stations tho),
-ACID REMOVER -> after each print some residue of the ink rests on the screen, so you need to open up the net with this acid from time to time and clean it with water under pressure, otherwise the net eyes will be clogged. 10$
