Replacing sugar and fat heavy industrial products with natural food is a good way. I for example left all the sugar heavy lemonades/sodas and I mostly drink water or coconut water now. I of course am not some hardcore dietarist, I enjoy occasional lemonades and treats. Just trying to keep them out of my daily consumption.
Not saying it is easy, it can actually be quite difficult when your brain is wired to look for these sources since caveman times, but one can slowly try replace the worst "offenders" in ones diet, it becomes easier the longer you are doing it
