I'm doing uni online, so I'll spend 8-10 hours doing work and then I'll forget to eat.
I do no exercise at all, yet I have somehow managed to maintain the same weight.
I personally feel like shit all the time, but I think its because I eat absolute garbage, and I eat very infrequently.
Although, I think you can plan your fasting around your sleep schedule so that most of the fasting time is spent asleep.
