Funny enough, this time even Iran is moving its vehicles, although i don't understand what Iran wants. Maybe Iran just wants to ward Azerbaijan from action by threatening intervention, if Azeri break long status quo

They understand only power, want to fight, and they have like a history of grudges where they mythologise old historical dates where "the other" did something horrible and now they feel that they are avenging this old injustice. Some of the worst examples of this in mountains could be grudges about someone killing someone's grandgrandgrand father and now they could feel like they making it even if they do some attrocity of their own, but the other side sees this attrocity and they also want to avenge it. So its a constant bloody cycle of mountain retards wanting to exterminate one another other. The peace in these lands only possible if higher more brutal power threatens them from above, pushing them to piece. For a long time Russia was guarantor of this piece with its peacekeepers, but now everyone sees Russia as weak, they know we are spread too thin, and we can't restrain Azeris and Armenians anymore.

Those family feuds, vendettas and blood cycles remind me of the mountain retards of my own country, the only difference is that they kill each other while being from the same town?and not from different ethnicities/countries. thanks for the insight.

The whole situation there is kinda "complicated" because at the crux of it stands this Karabakh region. If this was simply Azerbaidzhan attacking Armenia it would have been easy to understand and possibly CSTO treaty could be activated. But its not about direct and blatant invasion of Armenia

Although, it would be funny to see CSTO activated and see reaction of all the members - how would Kazakhs react to being sent fighting against Azerbaijan? Belarus is also part of CSTO, would they send any troops during their tense situation on border with Poland? What resources can Tajikistan send? Will Kyrgyz regime even last a single month without another power-play if they commit their precious resources to this task?

so the backgaround is this - AZ is demanding some 4 villages, ARM through its president is negotiating to give up those villages to AZ, but some of the villagers are refusing to go, and conspiring with nationalists in ARM capital to either stay and fight or challenge president. Some of them get arrested. That was weeks ago

 

Now situation is that - both sides are declaring that the other size is chaotically shooting at them in the night and they say or don't say that they respond. There are also European observers who don't see anything. So two sides say there is some shooting, but Europeans are pussies and don't want to claim anything, because in the monkey show any word of Europeans can be used by other side and escalate situation.

Also there are incidents when AZ soldiers blow up on mines.

 

Someone is doing some shooting, someone is doing some mining, and all of them do a lot of lying, blaming the other side for everything, pretending themselves to be saints.
