Ukrainians created hundreds of fake Local-city-name_NEWS accounts and started shilling there anti-war, pro-Ukrainian propaganda. The interview with that woman was also probably filmed in Ukraine. We know shit like that from 2014 when there were several women from Ukraine pretending to be mothers of soldiers from Russia. They were taking donations and buying expensive property in Estonia for themselves, while pretending to help soldiers.

And when he appeared they simply deleted their posts or ignored it. Same fake news were spread when Ukrainian top-spook Budanov didn't appear in public's eyes, saying he was killed in rocket strike. And when he appeared, they were saying it was CGI, double, old video. Both Zaluzhny and Budanov gave dozens of interviews since then and obviously alive.
