Argentina-Uruguay war

Between 2005 and 2010 there was the chance of a war between Argentina and Uruguay when there was a dispute over a cellulose plant that was contaminating the Uruguay River according to Argentina. Tabare Vasquez, president at the time told the armed forces of the country to prepare for a possible war with Argentina as worst case scenario and later requested George Bush for help to provide military assistance in case the armed conflict started. Luckily, the conflict was solved through diplomacy and peaceful means. Who do you think would have won, in case the war had actually happened? Uruguay is a very small country and the armed forces were extremely weak at the time and could have only done guerilla warfare, but keep in mind the US (and possibly the NATO as well) were going to send military help and assistance to Uruguay just like they are doing right now with Ukraine.
