I have a daughter who's been addicted to heroin for the past 10 years. She was a stunningly beautiful green-eyed redhead, a sensitive & caring person, but the drugs have turned her into someone I no longer know. Although it seems like there is very little hope of her ever getting clean, I still pray that love will find a way.

 

To my Vanessa: Hoping that the love of life you once had as a child finds its way back to you. Keep an open heart and you'll find love again.
