El presidente de Guatemala no asistió porque el gobierno de Biden estaba entrometiéndose en asuntos internos de Guatemala, me parece que tenía que ver con la elección de un nuevo fiscal.
AMLO no asistió por dos razones fundamentales, la primera es para impulsar su reciente campaña mediática de "una nueva relación EUA-Latinoamérica" y la segunda porque, según él, hay ONGs en México que reciben financiamiento de EUA que en realidad funcionan como grupos de oposición a su gobierno.
