Are guns legal to privately own in your country? Do you believe you are safer without them?

>Are guns legal to privately own in your country?
Yes
>Do you believe you are safer without them?
No, it’s extra annoying because it’s in the bill of right and faggots jerk off to the bill of rights so we can’t change it.

Yup and the above and below commenters can cry about it. Cope and seethe if they're a anti-gun person.

Of course. Virtually no guns. A shooting happens every few years, unlike the US of A where school shootings per square mile is an official unit.

Social media and encouraging mental illness is responsible for school shootings. In the old days it was due to politics, but now its done merely for attention and upvotes.
Some of the worst school shootings in the world didn't occur in the USA, but in places like China, Africa and Russia.
The school shooting in Beslan, Russia killed 334 people.
In Africa, mass kidnappings and killings of schoolkids happens on a regular basis.
China has mass stabbings because of the oppressive Chinese society making people mentally ill so they act out.

1. Yes.
2. Yes, no, maybe.
Owning a gun is relatively rare here, but not difficult. Have to do psych test, criminal record, then have to register the gun. I think people generally feel safe at home, tho I met some who are worried (and bought a gun for home defense), and there are places which particularly unsafe, but if you live there, not sure if guns help.
I don't think you can just waltz around with a gun as personal protection. But the main thing is by law here if you are attacked you can met the threat level your assailant poses but you can't go above it, it's called proportionality. And it's almost nonexistent that someone would pull a gun on you. Knife yes, that happens more, but at that distance, not sure if gun would do you any good.

A small number of countries completely prohibit private firearm ownership for ordinary civilians, or restrict it strictly to military, police, and specialized government-authorized personnel. [1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overview_of_gun_laws_by_nation)

Countries with Complete or Near-Complete Bans on Private Gun Ownership

• North Korea: Civilian possession of firearms, ammunition, or weapons is strictly banned, carrying severe or fatal penalties under the Firearms Control Act.
• Vatican City: Private gun possession is prohibited for citizens and visitors, with security restricted strictly to the Swiss Guard and official police forces.
• Palau: Civilian firearm and ammunition possession is completely outlawed, categorized as a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. [1] (https://www.uua.org/global/news/gun-control-or-self-control-comparison-countries-gun-control-laws)
• Eritrea: Private ownership of firearms is entirely banned by national law.
• Cambodia: Civilian firearm ownership is strictly prohibited, restricted exclusively to active military, police, and authorized security forces.
• Singapore: Ordinary citizens cannot own any firearms. Strict licensing is rare, restricted strictly to approved club memberships where weapons must remain on-site.
• Solomon Islands: Civilian possession of firearms is generally prohibited outside of official security forces.

Countries with De Facto Bans or Extreme Restrictions

• China: Private gun ownership is generally illegal for the general public. Rare exceptions exist on a strict "may-issue" basis for specific rural hunting or wildlife management roles, and weapons must usually be stored at designated ranges rather than homes. [1] (https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/03/02/world/international-gun-laws.html)
• Japan: Private handgun ownership is prohibited, and only specific shotguns or air guns are permitted for hunting or sports after extensive training, psychological evaluations, and background checks.
• Vietnam: Civilian firearm ownership is illegal, and citizens are routinely mandated to surrender any discovered weapons to authorities.
For detailed breakdowns of global legislative categories, see the World Population Review Gun Laws Ranking and the Wikipedia Overview of Gun Laws by Nation. The Main reason honestly why a lot of countries have Restricted, Severely Restricted or Banned the Private Ownership of Firearms is Because the Government (legalized mafia) wants Complete Control over the Citizens and also so they don't have much of a means in protecting themselves from the government. They don't have much of a chance if the government goes rogue for example. It's a slippery slope and quite dystopian. A lot of these mass shootings such as school shootings are influenced by certain 3 letter agencies sometimes btw.

The USA is generally a very safe place to live, with exceptions in Negro and Hispanic areas.
Criminality in humans is determined by IQ, and Whites statistically have high IQ. That is why white crime is extremely low. Most crime attributed to Whites is actually Jews pretending to be whites, and law enforcement wrongly recording minority criminals as white. As to the reason they do that, its mainly politics and the fact that self-identification is perfectly legal. There is absolutely no law or rule that says you can't call yourself White even if you are the biggest blackest gorilla negro on the planet.

This is a problem in the US, they try to frame their violence problem as "gun violence".
RussiaBernd2026-10-19 16:45:52 · 3dNo. 366555reply
No, and because of it our police is much nicer. I can walk past police with hands in my pocket, without them blasting me to pieces. If they stop a car, they don't fear that the driver has a gun in his pocket, so they also never feel stressed.

When police confronts some drunk or drugged people in Russia - they actually fire at the legs, and they don't come up with retarded excuses like:
>I saw suspect approach me with banana in his hands, so i shouted "DROP THE WEAPON!" but he didn't comply! he could have killed me with this banana in his hands, you know how many ways banana can kill a man???? A LOT! what if he run at me and stuck this banana in my eye socket? I felt genuine FEAR FOR MY LIFE!!!! when he started walking at me with the banana in his hand, i saw a vision of my mother and wife crying at my funeral, i heard my son weeping because he would never see his father, because i would be buried in closed casket because this reckless banana wielding suspect mutilated my face, i felt terrified so i had to defend myself!!! Thats why i fired 15 bullets center mass and kept firing at his lying body 10 more times because his grip on banana didn't waiver, he was still holding onto this deadly weapon!!! after this i felt so much stress i had to take paid leave and spend another month at home with my family while still getting paid as if i was working just to recover from this horrible expirience!!!

If someone wants to get ahold of a gun, they usually find a way whether by legal or illegal means. Usually it's the Criminals that get the guns while law abiding Citizens will have to settle to use something such as a Baseball bat or a Pitchfork or their bare hands for defense.

Yes, you can, dumbass. You can legally buy Saiga-12 automatic shotgun with fire rate of 30 shots per minute and up to 8 rounds in a mag and it not even the best weapon you can get.
>I can walk past police with hands in my pocket, without them blasting me to pieces.
True.
>because of it our police is much nicer
Wrong. Our police will beat you up once they get you to their facility, because they are full of sadist psychopaths who will literally torture you to get a "voluntary confession" of a crime you didn't committed or just for fun and you aren't able to sue them for that. Fucking cattle.
RussiaBernd2026-10-21 18:32:41 · 1dNo. 366579reply
i never gotten into police facility because i am a law abiding citizen. You know - you remind me of niggers in USA who cry about how police unjust, because they DO always end up in police stations regularly because they do commit crimes, and then cry DINDU NOFIN! ITS ALL DEM CRUKED COPS MADE ME DO ADMIT DAT! "

Last time i remember they allegedly "tortured" some drug addict NEKOGLAI and i pitied him, believed him. But now i learned that this faggot was doing and selling drugs, and was arrested in Romania. After that i immidiatelly started doubting all these torture allegations. Many people who say shit like that probably liars unless its filmed on video or some guy dies during it))
I believe some criminals spiritually deserve some torture, and its obvious that they are criminals very often.

other case when horrible torture happened is when they caught terrorists responsible for krokus shooting. Thats when i cheered on torture as many others.

and i don't need to think "what if it happens to me???" because i am not a fucking criminal, who will be doing retarded shit like selling drugs, committing terror or betraying country.

Being a law abiding Citizen doesn't mean much in a police state. In authoritarian systems like Russia, the concept of being a "law-abiding citizen" often offers limited protection because laws are frequently vague, retroactively applied, or selectively enforced to suppress dissent and maintain state control rather than guarantee individual rights.
Key Characteristics of Legal Enforcement in Authoritarian Contexts

• Shifting and Draconian Laws: Regimes frequently introduce broad, rapidly changing legal codes—such as expanded definitions of "extremism," "dissemination of false information," or foreign agent designations—that make it difficult for ordinary people to know what is technically permitted.
• Selective Prosecution: Compliance with existing rules does not shield individuals from targeted prosecution if the state perceives them as politically inconvenient or critical.
• Subordination of the Judiciary: Courts in a police state typically operate as an extension of executive authority rather than an independent check, rendering standard legal defense mechanisms less effective.

Law enforcement is there to bully bullies. They are official bullies if you will. Part of the violence the state claims monopoly over.

On a sidenote:
People tend to forget how nice and pleasant Western police was violent in recent past (I bet they still do some of their shenanigans), I think they started to do some sensitivity trainings in the 80s or some such.
Like I hear people (journalists, politicians) complaining about how violent was the communist police as they took over the country in the late 40s early 50s. But it was the same in the UK, US, France... too except they didn't beat up people for political reasons that much (they actually did, but again, not that much).

Police are trained by Israeli Contractors, so they automatically assume everybody they encounter is a criminal, is planning to be a criminal, is engaging in criminal activity, or has been drinking.
Jewish paranoia is pretty epic, and training police to be paranoid about everybody including 8 year old children or midget pet goats is problematic.
