Fanatism and picking "the lesser evil"

I have family members who will defend the actions of corrupt politicians and instead of adressing it, they would shift the blame to the political opponent of said politician or argue that the court case against them was "biased"

I hate it when we use violence instead of our words and choose not to listen. I hate it when we make fun of the end of a human life because they thought differently than us. I hate that the death of a man has brought about political discussion instead of morning a loss. I makes us look bad, it only divides us more. Depending on if we are in the good time line it is a symbol of coming together how things are bad but will get better if we put the gun down and empower with words. If we are in the bad time line it is a symbol of hate and an act of war.

That's a very clear answer: It's the Swiss population.

The Swiss populus is too stupid and immature to form its own independent opinion. It votes like instructed by the TV, which is not in its interest, but it's too stupid to realize this.
