Because they need it so niggers and pajeets can go to UK easier. Same as the la francophonie community which is the reason France is full of niggers and arabs or the CPLC which allows brazilians and angoleans into Portugal.
Spain should have its own one too. It would not hurt them, after all most of Latin America is racially identical to Spain, but I guess that's the problem kek.
