I don't follow British politics much, but today I read something on reddit that really made me think. A user explained why Jeremy Corbyn has been removed from politics:

>It’s because Labour (NOT Corbyn personally, but the party members) were accused of antisemitism - Corbyn investigated and ejected those members.

>He however made the grave mistake of verbally going against the Right Wing Press and stating publicly that the whole thing was being artificially inflated by people his leadership posed a threat to - which is demonstrably true.

>However for that, the Right Wing Rags just printed straight up libel that he was himself an anti-Semite for the past 5 years, and now everyone in this country believes is it 100% fact despite there being no evidence and a literal wealth of evidence to the contrary.

>This country is a joke, politically. Our PM is under literal criminal investigation and everyone’s crowing about demonstrably false allegations against a man who posed the only opportunity for equality in this country.

>It’s because the ruling class don’t like threats to their hegemony - so they all gang up. The press, Westminster and big business all did him dirty, because they have no interest in equality or addressing climate change, only enriching themselves.

What do you think about this, Bernds?

Why not? There are some interesting things on there and it's not full of pedos and kohlfaces, unlike other sites.

existence of anti-semitism implies also the existence of semitism
opposing anti-semitism means you must be a semite yourself
