Suggestion: Remove the poster map from the dashboard and instead add an attention-getting separate link to it somewhere, I believe it might solve a lot of performance issues

No, it's just based on my observation that having the dashboard open can cause performance issues while having other boards or threads open doesn't. It's just a suggestion
