We can already do this, simply open the pic uploaded by someone else and Ctrl C -> Ctrl V in the post box. Or how do you want to do it?
Sounds pretty good except for:

I don't think this is needed, it will make everything more complex and might scare potential users that are used to normal imageboard layouts.
