That's quite possible. Also the Dutch army is integrated into German one now.
Not sure about the Navy and AF capabilities though.

making a big millitary is not hard
maintaining stable and growing economy is hard
a lot of European nations are prosperous because they don't waste money on millitary
when men serve in the millitary, they don't work, this is a wasted labour hours, wasted time people could be breeding
Germany becoming a poor chained dog of USA, spending its money to buy American weapons in order to protect American world order from by projecting power against Russia is a sign that Germany has low IQ and just a slave nation

kek. Germany spent 50 billion Euros on defense last year and it is highly doubtful that we could even beat the russkies at the moment.
