Bernd keeps learning about the world of dating, Lovoo has been an interesting adventure so far, but now it's enough.

Any other findings? I'm also looking to get back into online dating, but before I create a profile again, I want to make sure I "up my game". Right now I'm learning about which pictures are most attractive in my free time, try to take good ones of myself and run them through testing websites.

None yet, might try more irl. Seriously, I could not imagine a single one of these girls there as my partner for life and it's not like I have super high standards, I just want to have someone like me.

 

I didn't really care about my pics, just took some of the plenty ones I took in the last two years.

Me building weapons, me caring for my plants, me next to a picture of myself as a baby etc.

Why do people do these? I find it extremely weird to include childhood pictures on a dating profile.

In my case there was no real reason for that, I just scrolled through my few thousands of pics on my phone and looked for some of me and I took the ones on which I looked good.

 

However in general I think it is nice to see how someone looked as a kid, it's kinda cute isn't it.

I have encountered some girls that had pictures of themselves as children or even babies on their profiles and I found it extremely irritating. I'm on a dating app, looking at women I'm potentially romantically interested in, many make flirty faces and then suddenly BOOM – a child. I'm not a pedo and don't want to be made to feel like one.

Well, in my case it was me smiling and next to me there was a picture of me as a 3 year old hanging on the wall. I understand what you mean and I feel sames - I wouldn't have posted that pic if my smile wasn't so good there.
