Don't keep hands on the handles all the time. When you don't have a turn coming or dense traffic around you can relax your arms by laying your forearms on the handles instead (so the wrists and hands are hanging freely)

Apple AR glasses have some camera at the front that detects your finger movements. So you can type on a virtual keyboard and that is supposed to work somehow. I doubt that a keyboard without tactile feedback is very pleasant to use and I don't know if there are any non-apple alternatives to this.
I used to have some slider smartphone with querty keyboard that you could use with your thumbs. That is a very pleasant keyboard experience and you can still get mini bluetooth keyboards. It would be best if you found something with a thinkpad like nipple to use it as a mouse as well. A proper keyboard is still better of course.

I'm not sure how true this is these days.
"Russkies" are getting outborn by Central Asians. Even in Soviet times this started to became a problem - the army noted this, since they relied heavily on the Slavic component in the officer staff, and they saw this will change in the future and will present a challenge.
Back on Krautchan main I saw all the complaints about the Russian heartland getting churka-ed.
