EU can do or become many things, but there's one thing it can absolutely never do and that is doing something quickly. Whatever changes happen here happen extremely slow. Sometimes it's bad as it cannot react in time, sometimes it's good as it gives stupid people time to realise why they were stupid and change their mind.

This is a map from around 1900, when coal used to be a bigger portion of energy consumption in the world, and as you can see, south America is negligible.

we tried to transfer money on mom's fren credit card, but since the war started, major part of banks here don't allow to put the foreign currency on your bank account anymore, so yeah it remained untouched not on purpose
