I just finished to watch "Casshern" (2004). Basically a live-action anime - from plot to camerawork. Completely unapologetic and bold.

Yesterday I watched "Bunker Palace Hotel". An complete opposite in mood (and nuanced acting) - an actionless and almost plotless exercise in atmosphere. It's one of these movies that are shown on cable channels at 3 a.m.
Both of them have excellent, if idiosyncratic, visuals and music.

I love how China laughs at us. We are having a pandemic that has already caused deaths comparable to ww2 in many countries (if you compare percentage of people who died) and we are making this into a political battle.
