I am the person behind "post the awoo one" meme.
I have to confess something... I am from Russia.
In 2014, I failed my first semester exams, so I had nothing to do. I ended up on Krautchan, as I was trying to learn how to live abroad. That's where I originally asked "post the awoo one" as a reply to some Momiji pic - in Russian, the word for howling is the same as for crying/whimpering ("выть") so a dictianory was no help for me.
Withing 10 minutes, some German posted the picture of Momiji in "awoo" mode -- so i reposted it. I reposted it to 4chan as a "search is called back" answer to myself.
Within 24 hours after I posted my question on Krautchan and reposted it to 4chan, something happened. Some other KC poster found a "make own newspaper" template about "local wolfgirl goes awoo"...
... and 2½ years later, "my" meme indeed took part in the 2016 elections.

and I am responcible for creating the mascot meme, "Awoo". "Awoo" was very popular meme in 2016 electi0ns. There was a meme campaign "Make Anime Great", in a sense.
So, whenever The White House sez "remember, Russians hacked our elections", they mostly refer to me.

We have this older, I think homeless guy, looking like your typical hobo, who usually spends his time sitting on public benches always sipping on a can of coke. His nickname is "Cola" and he's supposed to have won a huge amount of money on lottery, but unfortunately went mad due to the affluence that he just couldn't deal with. He's sometimes seen in convenience stores buying another can of his favorite soft drink, but he's also very careful not to be touched by the shop clerk when handling they money, by placing the nickels on the counter and then retreating back until his can of coke is finally his.

You would think that with so many progressive policies they would be offended if you tell them such a simple truth as that women are self-interested.
Basically the only thing you need to have beautiful women is to have a lot of money. That's why you see so many models and actresses, with sportsmen or singers, who are usually very ugly but with a lot of money. Are women whores by nature?

Hello Bernd! Time for the monthly update on my rumtopf project. So far I’ve added strawberries in late May and apricots in late June, and today I will be adding plums and figs. The strawberries and apricots were from a farmer’s market, but today the fruit is from my parents’ backyard. I honestly cannot think of when I’ve had plums better than these. The figs are not the best I’ve had, but they are still pretty good.
As a reminder the little experiment I’m running is to see what sort of sugar produces the best tasting rumtopf. The test sugars are normal refined table sugar, raw sugar, brown sugar, and honey. Ratio is 2:1 fruit to sugar by weight.
Nothing too interesting to report so far. I did try an apricot from one of the jars a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic. I think the original recipe I was following called for way too much rum, so I’m scaling back how much rum I’m adding each month. The jars are getting pretty full so I’m worried I won’t have room for anything after tonight.
I’m currently allowing the new fruit to macerate for a few hours before adding it to the jars.

I really dislike their entitlement. Shocking, that Germans currently might have other problems than caring for Ukraine.
Like dealing with rising prices, being able to still pay bills, rent etc.

To me it seems like a luxury to flee the country (with which I actually don't have an issue), getting hosted, money and the opportunity to study in Germany for free and still complain about...what exactly? Ukraine not being the Nr. 1 topic in the news? Germans not leaving their life and the high bills behind and fight for Ukraine?
Still, why not stay there and shoot cannons? Are you war-weary or what's wrong? *snorts disdainfully*
There're just people who think everything in the world should work for them exlusively. It has nothing to do with their cultural and historical background, they exist and always existed among every nation.
They also like attention for the same reasons, that's why you often heard some bullshit from them going in media and elsewhere.
And yes, you can call a luxury to be safe in some sense. But it's a luxury Germans worked hard for. That "disdain" over somebody enjoying something they earn when you don't have it is usually called "envy".
I know a friend who is thinking about migrating to the USA. Getting a tourist visa and just overstay. He says he doesn't have any freedom in Germany, because he is getting persecuted by Germans/neo-nazis.
He is thinking about Washington state, since it is supposedly easy to get a social security number there and is 'alien-friendly'.
What should I tell him? Do you have tips?
