I wanna learn to dance, but I don't have enough time, cause I prioritize lifting and will start MMA next month. Is basic notions of dancing something you can learn in a few lessons? To at least have some fluidity. I want a cool languor dance, not that fast gay stuff.

I recently discovered kohlchan, and realized it was actual cancer instantly. I spent some time just trolling retards, and arguing with other Americans who tried to derail (my) threads.

 

Someone posted about this place and it seems comfy, but nothing like how KC /int/ was. Not a lot of traffic and mostly sudacas speaking Spanish. It's definitely better than kohlchan. Less pseudo-fascists, incels, pedos, and 4kankers indenial.

 

Are there other iterations of KC out there or decent /int/ boards with a similar level of comfiness these days? Or is this the last refuge of true bernds?

Doctor Bernd, is this some kind of nail fungus?

 

I've been wondering about the state of my toes for several years now.

My big toe nails have been looking like this for like over a decade now with those white vertical lines - what are those?

I kind of remember being a little Bernd (like over 20 years) ago and I bumped my right toe on a sun lounger while being barefoot and seeing one split afterwards. Could this be related?

It's also possible that the amount of 'vertical lines' changed over the years and sometimes I think to remember there are days where it less visible (or rather just one line instead of several) than other days, but I am really not good at self-perception and ignore medical issues usually for a long time.

 

If it really is nail fungus and those splits are the indicator for it: Why would it take nail fungus over a decade to not look like one of those yellowish horror pics you see on the internet when googling nail fungus? Can nail fungus take decades to destroy a nail like that?

 

I am over 30 years old, I am not overweight nor do I have diabetes. I am a medium smoker (could explain the yellowish touch maybe?).

I had an eating disorder for several years in my late youth/early adult life and was most likely suffering from malnutrition.

 

Nowadays I try to eat not only shit, but I tend to eat a lot of the same stuff/dishes usually even though that includes oatmeal, veggies and fruits, nuts etc. Still I am not that heavy (63kg ish).

Could it be some vitamin deficiency? Iron? Vitamin D? I try to avoid being in the sun even more so in summer and a few years ago a doctor prescribed me highly dosed Vitamin D pills. I haven't supplemented Vitamin D since a year, so most likely I do have a Vitamin D deficiency (again).

Fauna in the West is fucking boring. Russia has tigers and bears, the West shoots them at sight because it shits itself. Now Russia want to clone a mammut! How awesome is that? Russia wants to have even more awesome fauna by resurrecting megafauna that survives in these latitudes. The West lost the space race and resorted to some moon landing hollywood fairytale and it lost the race in having awesome nature.

So what the fuck is happening there right now?
