all i see is a lone "cop", in an area that was literally on fire and had no cops at the time all other cops i saw that night were in full riot armor and just standing in front of federal buildings doing absolutely piss all, occasionally throwing an LRAD at some hippies, so this guy sticks out hard imo

 

streamnigga walks up, sees two looters running off laughing like they just got a second lease on life. then theres like 3 or 4 black blocked kids the gommie uniform spread eagle on ground. looks like neither the cop nor the black blocked guys noticed streamnigga, and they waited for a few moments until they thought they were clear.

then cop doesnt even say anything, and all 3 blac blocked kids just stand up, grab their guns and rifles, then walk around the corner and meet up with several other kids in similar disguise, also all armed with rifles/guns. streamnigga remarks "damn these niggas on some different shit rn" and realizes he should GTFO as there was like 30 kids with rifles eyeing him down hard.

based on my prior irl exp at the 2016 inauguration where i witnessed first hand some black block anarchists obtaining cans of accelerant at a dead drop in a park i think that van parked in the alley was a weapons cache and that the "cop" was a fed and was arming the 30 or so other "anarchists" around the corner. when they realized there was niggers looting the building they went into an "act" and all started pretending they were getting arrested. you hear them talking about "we brought guns for selfdefense" like they were actually getting arrested, while cop is pretending to seize weapons. then after it was deemed that the looters were out of ear/eyeshot, they dropped the act entirely, then got right up, grabbed their guns like nothing happened, and walked around the corner to meet up. cop gets back in his car and just drives the fuck off like nothing happened.

you can see its not till theyre out of the alley when one of the guys even notices the streamer
