what do you mean layout? its almost default layout.

about loading it takes time to load because the entire page is loaded with all posts and you so you dont need to reload it later and you can instantly open a thread and get back to board view.

and it will be even faster later when i implement posts caching so you will only load them once in lifetime.

other websites have loading time too but they just have white screen while you wait.
