take the buttons, for example, some of them are really small and easy to miss: reply numbers, submenus, maybe it is the time to improvise on the crusty design patterns of old engines. And I'm not talking only about fixing the aforementioned mistakes of the adaptive design here

I didnt know that smal square with posts numer takes me to the thread for example wtf is that, same with the post form that x in circle in left bottom corner wtf man, didnt know it turns if off. Infuriating.

this is too opaque to work with there are only one small button which is post count. and nothing will happen if you miss it, just click again?

i think we need a small manual on interface and this will makes thing clear to people, but generally you can hover mouse over a button and you'll get its description, it takes some getting used to, but once you learn like 5-10 main buttons you wont need any more.

I use Linux and CLIs, but it doesn't necessarily mean that I don't like quality GUIs
