1) The subject form looks better now, although still not intuitive enough for newcomers. The desire to keep things minimalist is respectable, but a semi-transparent, barely visible inscription wouldn't hurt much IMO
2) bb code buttons would be nice.
3) Drop-out reply forms (if that makes any sense, I mean a reply form that appears under the post you're replying to) would be nice
4) Seeing the amount of posts/pics before entering the threda would be nice
5) Just sticking the standard RMB functionality would be nice, what you did with the LMB is bretty good but doesn't work 100% of the time and is very unusual, doesn't take too much time getting used to it but it's those things that scare newcomers back to the kohlzinechan.
6) The abandoned small boards like /igor and /bog add to the emptyness, you said they don't matter much to you so I would recommend to keep the amount of boards to the minimum we can keep populated by now
7) I think we need at least one more domain with a more krautchan-ish name so we have something more eye-catching to attract newcomers. Remember how tirech was the most succesfull heir of 2ch? Maybe kraut-chan or kraut-kanal would make a good name, but that's all up to your tastes of course.
8) A more obvious button for entering a thread would be nice, and again, I respect the minimalism but clicking on the thread/post number is too unusual as well (although makes all the sense to an experienced user, but so far it simply looks like some elements of the site didn't load properly or something)
9) Having a reply form ready to use at the bottom of the page would be nice

yea the quick reply is a bit wonky imo
cant resize it horizontally, nor can you move it.
ideally it would pop up on the right side so as to block the least amount of text

i could actually see me using the translate thing sometimes tbh, but i think it should be made an option that is default off
also is there any way that the translate doesnt have to go through google?

yea even just like a plus sign with how many posts/pics are omitted
i usually just click on post like you said, but the post omitted thing is useful

i cant tell for other resources but you can install bernd.group as a phone app already it was one of the goals at the beginning, i think i cant use other resources to be a part of this app but bernd.group is installable on windows and android as far as i can tell.

The catalog is a bit weird as well, on phone it's just one column with full op text, like a postless normal page.. I liked it when it had everything to see at once back on kraut

Otherwise it all is "oh wow this thread doesn't have a lot of posts"

catalog needs some serious work imo
it only displays two threads per row
hardly any quicker than just scrolling through it as is
should have at least 4 threads per row, preferably around 6-8
and i dont think its totally necessary to have the full OP text be visible from catalog
would be better if it had a scrollbar or something, or maybe just mouseover similar to how kohl worked. either way this would save some room so that the catalog is more efficient
idk how it took me this long to think to point this out but im not a fan of the way images and wbems/mp4s load on this site
i think they should really just expand from the thumbnail, and that the webms should likewise resize in the posts themselves
the way it is now, i cant open more than one picture/vid at a time as the screen locks up and starts to load the picture/vid
