I never understood vine with cheese appriciation but today first time i got it by an accident, and its good.
Don’t talk so freely about Swiss Parmesan.
If I know well Italian and Swiss people, i bet there is some traffic from Italy to Switzerland and from Switzerland to Russia. If you are nuoto it on your meals, be discreet.
There have been some scandals, recently , because they sold cheese made with non Swiss milk as Swiss cheese, so I wonder how they’re covering their export in your country if they can’t even cover domestic consumption.
