Quit finasteride 3 weeks ago after taking it for just over three months at 1.25 mg / day

I was having sexual side effects and ED that led me to quit. About a week after quitting my libido crashed and went to zero. Since then I have seen no improvement. am I fucked

Leafy vegetables are good.

Fruits can be overly packed with too easily digestible sugars.

Also when it comes to meat it's good to have variety. Don't eat just red meat, but poultry and fish are good too.
