yeah, I know what you mean and I don't think my life would suddenly feel much less limited if I started just hanging out like normalfags do (getting out just to drink)

or if I just got a job, any job, but I still couldn't bring my ambitions to life

looked into NMN, interesting, but apparently dietary sources don't contain much of it
