It's a fun linguistic experiment, but I don't think it's conductive to good communication. Humans should ideally be capable of extracting implied meaning and intent based on their larger internal library, vocabulary and cultural clues. In my experience the best communication is one where you force a bit of ambiguity into your speech - it forces people to actually think about what you're saying.

Anyway, time will show if they're useful.
